There is a character. At this point, you either: "Want to be them" Or, Maybe You Are Them...? Which one is it? How do you know? Well... It's simple really Do you do the things that they do, in your fantasy? Maybe they, Practice Yoga in the morning, They eat clean and whole They output They read They are confident and approach everything head on What are the traits of your character? List them out Everything from, Where they live. How they operate. What challenges they face. How they interact with others. Do you wholeheartedly embody them? If you say YES I do, do you walk through life confident knowing you are them? Or Do you walk through life slightly slouched? Not as confident and perky as you desire? You must force yourself into new habits, (they don't come easy.) You must force yourself to take action (Especially on the days you don't want to the most....)...
All it takes are some words, Some confidence in yourself after the consequenceAnd I don't mean consequence as in "bad"I mean every action has a re-action, Understand what you want And fucking say what you mean. This is all it takes This is health. Be better. Communicate clearly. I'll see you tomorrow Jake. Ps. Oh how good things are
